Carl Di Cicco


Carl Di Cicco is the Chief Commercial Officer of IOVOX. He has worked in the Telecoms, Directory and Digital Marketing industry for over 20 years.

Focusing on the digital transformation and monetization of Classified businesses, Carl has worked with Amazon, BT Phonebook, BT Tradespace, AutoTrader UK and Zoopla, amongst others.

Carl lead British Telecom’s small business focused Digital Services and Software as a Service (SaaS) portfolio – creating new levels of engagement driven by first understanding the customer’s goals rather than just focusing on their technical requirements.

Carl was instrumental in developing and leading the Get British Business Online (GBBO) initiative, a collaboration between Enterprise UK, Google, BT, and e-skills UK, with the support of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills that helped over 150k small businesses take their first steps into online advertising.

Helping to build new billing relationships with over 500k small business customers, Carl has innovated around the use of Welcome to Service, Activation, Analytics, Consultation and ongoing Life-cycling to build stronger relationships with customers, improve retention and drive new recurring revenues.
