Andrej Bielicky is the Founder and Managing Director of Miina, an Austrian care and nursing platform that helps families quickly and reliably find verified caregivers and qualified nursing professionals. Andrej’s goal with Miina is to make access to flexible, high-quality care easier for families across Austria, especially when support is needed at short notice.

Before founding Miina, Andrej held leadership roles in strategy, operations, growth and marketplace development.

The idea behind Miina was born from a clear challenge many families face: when parents or loved ones suddenly need support, finding reliable care can be stressful, time-consuming and difficult to navigate. Miina was created to simplify this process by connecting families with verified independent caregivers and qualified nursing professionals for hourly care and support.

Miina focuses on flexible, trustworthy and transparent care solutions. Families can book support for everyday assistance, companionship, household help, basic care or qualified nursing services, while caregivers and nursing professionals can access a modern platform that helps them find suitable assignments.

Following its spin-off from 120 Ventures, Miina is now being expanded across Austria as an independent Vienna-based company under Miina Care FlexCo. The company’s focus is to grow its network of verified care professionals, improve the matching and booking process, and make flexible care more accessible to families who need reliable support for their loved ones.
