At Ithara.ae, he’s been directly involved in implementing AI and automation inside a customer-facing marketplace, learning first-hand where AI creates real value and where it can quietly break trust if done wrong.
In his work, Lukas focuses on pragmatic, human-in-the-loop automation that reduces friction for customers and teams, without sacrificing brand, CX, or the personal touch. He’s made plenty of mistakes along the way, fixed them, and now shares the lessons so others can avoid the same traps.
