Hakan Orhun

Hakan Orhun graduated from Boğaziçi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is one of the pioneers of e-commerce in Turkey, active since the early days of the industry. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives in e-commerce, retail, public services and recommerce, building and scaling digital businesses and marketplaces while drivingoperational and digital transformation. Over the years, he has provided e-commerce, digital transformation, and management consulting to nearly 50 companies in Turkey and the United States. Currently, Hakan Orhun serves as General Manager – Recommerce at sahibinden.com, responsible for Yepy and the company’s second-hand goods marketplace initiatives, leading the growth of recommerce in Turkey.
