Emre Erşahin is the Founder & CEO of Tapu.com, Turkey’s leading end-to-end transactional real estate marketplace, and Founder of Token Co., a regulated real estate tokenization platform.

Over a 25-year career spanning consumer internet, classifieds, search, and mobile, Emre has built across three generations of digital real estate: the listings layer (1.0), the transaction layer (2.0), and the emerging fractional ownership layer (3.0). Tapu.com has completed over 8,000 fully digital real estate transactions, operating a marketplace that owns the full journey from listing to title deed transfer — connecting institutional sellers, individual buyers, and a full closing infrastructure.

His current focus is rebuilding Tapu.com’s decision layer — replacing static deal scoring with a live AI intelligence engine across 400K buyer profiles, and building toward a platform that proactively identifies and acquires the right inventory before sellers come to it.

Emre has previously spoken at DMA (ICMA then), Property Portal Watch Europe and other international marketplace events on the transaction layer thesis. At DMA Istanbul, he will present the next vision: the fully autonomous transaction layer.
