Maria Abdullina

As the current head of the OLX Jobs platform in Ukraine, Maria has spent the last 8 years leading the development of the jobs segment in OLX.

In addition to her role at OLX, since 2025, Maria has been the elected chair of the HR Committee of the European Business Association (EBA). Maria is also a permanent member and participant of HR communities. She has led the creation of HR community and specialized events under the OLX Jobs Brand. Her expertise in the labour market has been recognized by leading Ukrainian media, resulting in numerous publications and expert comments on top Ukrainian TV channels, radio, digital and printed media.

With a strong background in marketing and the digital sphere in the past, Maria has over 10 years of experience that has laid a solid foundation for making strong contributions to the Jobs & HR industry. Her focus expertise and skills include Ukrainian labour market analysis & research, business development, project management, and strategic marketing. Maria’s passion for data & analytics and research has always been instrumental in understanding people’s needs, pain points, and patterns, enabling her to build competent and educated conclusions & proposals for the labour market.

She is also a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), viewing it as crucial for addressing Ukraine’s labor force challenges and advancing society. Maria focuses on several key areas, including veteran reintegration, gender equity, creating opportunities for people with disabilities, and combating ageism. She believes that these efforts are integral to building a more developed and resilient society.
