Ondrej Myslivecek

Ondra spent 10 years as CTO at LMC (now Alma Career Czechia as of 2024), a company behind the leading job boards in Czechia with annual revenues of around €60 million, primarily in digital services.

Over the years, Ondra led or was deeply involved in key transformation projects that helped evolve the company from a traditional IT firm founded in the 90s/2000s into a modern digital service provider. These efforts included a fundamental shift from project-based delivery to agile product development, migrating from owned hardware to cloud infrastructure, starting AI initiatives in 2025 and significantly improving system reliability to support more efficient scaling. During those 10 years and projects the technology department had grown to approximately 150 people across Czechia and Slovakia.

Since late 2024, Ondra has been taking a break from corporate life to focus on a personal hobby project—still tackling familiar challenges in business development and product management, just on a much smaller scale bringing much faster feedback loop.
