Sebastien Stanley Jones

Sebastien brings considerable cross-border transaction experience to Flippa, having served in senior M&A & corporate finance roles in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the Netherlands. Prior to joining Flippa, Sebastien was a Managing Director at Two Roads Advisors, Director of Global Business Development at Accel Club and Director of Corporate Development at Moonshot Brands YC21, where he sourced, negotiated and executed numerous transactions involving digitally-native consumer brands. Prior to such buyside & sell side M&A roles, Sebastien worked with C-level and board appointments as a founding member of Clearco, a non-dilutive lending firm, helping them secure a multi billion dollar valuation. Sebastien started his career in the City of London for a leading Investor Access firm advising FTSE 100 companies on engagement with discretionary fund managers.
